The cover plate comprises a core material, a composite material panel, an anti-slip layer and a metal pull ring. Fiber cloth is laid on the upper surface, the lower surface, the front surface and the rear surface of the core material and is cured along with resin to from a basic layer of the composite material panel, fiber cloth is laid on the left side face and the right side face of the core material in a lap joint mode and is cured along with resin to from a lap joint layer of the composite material panel, and the anti-slip layer and the metal pull ring are arranged on the upper surface of the composite material panel. Composite materials are laid on all the surfaces of the core material, good fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance of the composite materials are fully used, the problem about bearing force and ductility of a load bearing structure are effectively solved, the force bearing performance of the load bearing structure is improved, and the cover plate can adapt to environments such as a pump house where drying and watering circulation is frequent.
