MANHOLE PUMP SYSTEM, MANHOLE PUMP CONTROL DEVICE AND MANHOLE PUMP CONTROL METHOD
To provide a manhole pump system that has a low load of restoring a pump and that can suppress occurrence of noise more than when using an engine type pump.SOLUTION: A manhole pump system comprises pumps 23a and 23b for sucking and discharging liquid inside a storage tank, power supply passages R1-1, R0, R0a and R0b for supplying commercial power to the pumps 23a and 23b, power supply passages R2-1, R0, R0a and R0b for supplying second electrical power to the pumps 23a and 23b from a portable type storage battery 61 arranged outside the storage tank, an inverter 311 for converting a characteristic of commercial power in matching with a characteristic of storage power, a change-over switch 33 that switches the power supply passage R1-1, R0, R0a and R0b to the power supply passage R2-1, R0, R0a and R0b and that supplies one of commercial power and converted storage power to the pumps 23a and 23b, and an inverter 312 with a soft start function of suppressing a start current of the pumps 23a and 23b to which commercial power or converted storage power is supplied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
