The pressure-rising flow-stabilizing water supply device of the pipe network mainly consists of a non-negative pressure compensation pot, a diaphragm-type flow regulation pot, a water sterilizer, water pumps, a flowmeter and a control cabinet; the non-negative pressure compensation pot is provided with a negative pressure meter and a solenoid valve, and the outlet of the solenoid valve is provided with an air filter communicating with the outside; and in order to regulate the flow and the pressure of a tap water inlet pipe, the diaphragm-type flow regulation pot is installed in front of the water sterilizer and connected with a water absorbing main pipe. The pressure-rising flow-stabilizing water supply device of the pipe network can be directly connected to the tap water pipe network in series for carrying out the non-negative pressure secondary water supply, and the diaphragm-type flow regulation pot is installed for regulating the water feeding flow, so the regulation flow is great, and the reliability of the water supply is high. In addition, the energy is saved by using the pressure of the tap water pipe network. The land occupation is small, the investment is saved, and the installation and maintenance are convenient.
