The pressure storage tank is further provided with a water feed pipe communicated with the outside, and the water feed pipe is provided with a switch valve. The pressure in the pressure storage tank at ordinary times is stabilized through the pressure stabilizing pipe andthe pressure stabilizing pump, the pressure in the pressure storage tank is supplemented through cooperation of the water supply pipe and the water supply pump, and redundant pressure in the pressurestorage tank is unloaded through cooperation of the pressure relief pipe and the pressure relief valve and used for protecting the pressure storage tank.
