The invention discloses the field of environment-friendly and energy-saving technology equipment and provides a secondary utilization device and a secondary utilization method for recycling and purifying washing wastewater. The secondary utilization device is mainly composed of a grid, a deodorization valve, a buffering water tank, a water purifying filtering element, a reclaimed water temporary storage water tank, a mini-type pressurizing pump and a triplet type water control valve, wherein the grid is arranged at the bottom of a washing basin and is connected with the deodorization valve; the left side of the lower part and the lower end of the deodorization valve are connected with an overflowing pipe and the buffering water tank respectively; the water purifying filtering element is fixed at the bottom of the buffering water tank to be communicated with the reclaimed water temporary storage water tank; the mini-type pressurizing pump is connected with the triplet type water control valve; and the triplet type water control valve is connected with a clean water supplementing pipe and is communicated with a toilet water tank. According to the secondary utilization device, the relative flows of the wastewater and tap water can be adjusted by a user according to actual conditions by adopting the triplet type water control valve; only an external water inlet pipe needs to be modified so that he construction amount is small, the occupied space is small and the actual application is realized; and furthermore, the water-saving and environment-friendly aims are realized, and the device is simple and convenient to operate and use.
