The invention discloses a rainwater discarding device. The rainwater discarding device comprises a water inlet pipe, a shunting pipe, a discarding pipe and a water outlet pipe; the pipe wall of the shunting pipe is provided with an oblique shunting opening, the bottom of the discarding pipe, the bottom of the shunting pipe and the bottom of the water outlet pipe are located on the same plane, and the bottom edge of the oblique shunting opening is higher than the top edge of the discarding pipe. Accordingly, by means of the fact that the bottom edge of the oblique shunting opening is higher than the top edge of the discarding pipe, bottom layer rainwater with a higher pollutant load can be discarded and excluded, middle-upper layer rainwater with a lower pollutant load is shunted, so that the rainwater can be used, the electric drive is not needed, the energy is saved, the environment is protected, the cost is lowered, and the structure is simple.
