The invention provides a method for hoisting the prefabricated parts of an assembled building. The method comprises the steps of performing three-dimensional laser scanning on a plurality of prefabricated parts, a construction site and a construction tower crane, establishing the three-dimensional modes of the plurality of prefabricated parts, a construction site and a construction tower crane according to the scanning data in the same space coordinates system, respectively, obtaining a cantilever rotating angle relative to an initial cantilever rotating angle, a trolley travel relative to an initial trolley position and a sling lowering length relative to an initial sling position, all needing to be set for moving any one prefabricated part to a target position, and completing the hoisting the plurality of prefabricated parts according to the cantilever rotating angle, the trolley travel and the sling lowering length. The method for hoisting the prefabricated parts of the assembled building has the advantages that high construction accuracy is guaranteed by use of the three-dimensional laser scanning technology and the working time is shortened, and as the operating personnel operates according to the parameters of the tower crane, the disadvantages of manual commanding and the shortcomings of repeated hoisting are avoided.
