The invention discloses an automatic hoisting and positioning method and system for prefabricated parts of a prefabricated building, and aims to ensure real-time monitoring of an anti-collision system and monitoring of a hoisting system on a wall pose through pre-distribution of a hoisting route of a preset wall in a virtual scene, establishment of a three-dimensional model of a construction process and mutual inductance and mutual transmission of data. Corresponding hoisting instructions are made according to different pose conditions, safety accidents on a construction site are avoided, accurate execution of the instructions is ensured through real-time positioning in the hoisting process, and the tracking module controls and adjusts the speed and the track of the hoisting device so as to achieve real-time pose control and positioning scheme design in the prefabricated part wall hoisting process; the whole construction site is intelligently managed through a plurality of medium expression forms such as real-time early warning, remote ground monitoring, wireless network transmission and base station monitoring, the working quality and efficiency are greatly improved, the number of operators is reduced, and the construction risk is reduced.
