The invention discloses a vehicle lifting device for a stereo garage. The vehicle lifting device comprises a base. A supporting plate is arranged on the top surface of the base, and a first stand column and a second standard column are arranged at one end of the supporting plate. Transverse guide rails are arranged on the two sides of the base, a transverse movement block is arranged between the transverse guide rails, and the two sides of the transverse movement block are matched with the transverse guide rails. A transverse movement driving device is installed on the base. A traction base is installed on the transverse movement block, the two sides of the traction base are hinged to one end of a first telescopic rod and one end of a second telescopic rod respectively, and the other end of the first telescopic rod and the other end of the second telescopic rod are hinged to the upper portion of the first stand column and the upper portion of the second stand column respectively. A limiting groove is formed in the end, away from the first stand column and the second stand column, of the base, and when the transverse movement block moves to the position below the limiting groove, the top surface of the traction base can enter the limiting groove. The vehicle lifting device is light in weight, small in occupied space, capable of effectively increasing the space utilization rate and especially suitable for being used in limited space without influencing passing of vehicles or pedestrians, and the cost and operating energy consumption of the vehicle lifting device can be easily lowered.
