The invention discloses an avoidance-free multilayer intelligent parking system which has the advantages of being brand-new in originality, simple in structure, convenient to use and maintain and the like. The avoidance-free multilayer intelligent parking system can be built in a double-layer mode and can be also built in a multilayer mode, parking platens are not needed to be installed on ground parking spaces, vehicles are directly parked on the ground parking spaces, meanwhile the vehicles can be freely driven in or out of the ground parking spaces, and the vehicles stored and parked on any parking platens do not need movement of other vehicles or other parking platens. The vehicle taking and storing process is completed through horizontal, rotary and lifting motions of the parking platens.
