The invention provides a pouring method tooth punching thermal insulating aluminium profile and a forming method, relates to a thermal insulating aluminium profile, and belongs to the field of aluminium profile machining, aluminium profile door and window machining and curtain wall aluminium profile machining. The aluminium profile comprises a left side aluminium profile, a polyurethane strip, a right side aluminium profile, two protruding lock points and two rolling lock points. The left side aluminium profile is connected with the right side aluminium profile through the polyurethane strip. The two protruding lock points are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the aluminium profile. The two rolling lock points are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the aluminium profile. The protruding lock points are positioned above a connecting strip which connects the left side aluminium profile with the right side aluminium profile, in another word, the protruding lock points are positioned at the bottom of a pouring rabbet. The rolling lock points are positioned on the upper side of the left side aluminium profile and the upper side of the right side aluminium profile respectively. The rolling lock points are composed of multiple arc-shaped bending blocks. The position between the rolling lock points arranged on one side is broken. According to the pouring method tooth punching thermal insulating aluminium profile, adhesive force of thermal insulating polyurethane and the aluminium profile is increased, the shearing strength is increased, and the pouring method tooth punching thermal insulating aluminium profile is a new variety for thermal insulating aluminium profiles. The invention further provides a novel forming method.
