The invention provides a pouring type heat-insulation section workblank structure and a tooth punching method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The pouring type heat-insulation section workblank structure comprises an upper cavity and a lower cavity, wherein the upper cavity and the lower cavity are connected with each other through a connecting rib plate between the upper cavity and the lower cavity; two convex ribs are arranged on the right side of the connecting rib plate; a lower corner plate is arranged under the upper cavity; an upper corner plate is arranged on the lower cavity; a glue injection opening is formed between the corner plates; the distance between the lower corner plate and the upper corner plate is greater than the distance between outer sides of the two convex ribs; and a disc-shaped tooth punching knife can extend from the distance, namely the glue injection opening C, into the workblank structure so as to form tooth grooves in the two convex ribs. By the pouring type heat-insulation section workblank structure, stress directions of pouring type sections are consistent when the pouring type sections are subjected to tooth punching, the pouring type sections cannot move vertically, problems of damage of surfaces of the pouring type sections and scrapping of products are solved, the cost is greatly reduced, tooth punching depth can be larger, the tensile strength and the shearing resistance of the heat-insulation sections can be improved greatly, and higher requirements on using performance of the heat-insulation sections can be met.
