The present invention relates to a water turbidity prevention device for an underwater foundation improvement apparatus. Provided is a water turbidity prevention device for an underwater foundation improvement apparatus. The water turbidity prevention device is capable of preventing water turbidity caused by floating soil during the improvement of an underwater foundation. For this purpose, the device, which prevents water turbidity by being coupled to an excavation rod of the underwater foundation improvement apparatus, includes: a cover section that has multiple through-holes through which the excavation rod penetrates; and a cylindrical crimped main body section which is coupled to the cover section, which is capable of extending in the upward and downward directions, and which surrounds the excavation rod.
