The invention relates to a strong-solid type diatom ooze building material consisting of the following components in weight ratio: 30-60KG of 8000-mesh fine silica, 0.5-2KG of 600-mesh attapulgite, 2-4KG of 1000-mesh organic sepiolite, 0.5-2KG of negative oxygen ions, 1-3KG of fibers, 0.5-1.5KG of wood fibers with the length of 3mm, 0.2-0.6KG of sliding foam, 2-4KG of rubber powder, 40-60KG of 325-mesh ground calcium carbonate, 15-25KG of alabaster powder, 4-6KG of ash-calcium powder and 1-3KG of 1000-mesh nano titanium dioxide, wherein the raw materials are mixed together according to the weight ratios, then are added into a disperser and are dispersed for 15 minutes in the disperser to obtain the building material. Compared with a common building decorative material, the building material provided by the invention does not contain any toxic substance, is strong in adhesive force, can be strongly adhered to a wall body base layer to avoid hollowing, shedding and chalking, and is more water-resistant, moisture-proof and air-permeable.
