Marble-texture-imitation decorative board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a marble-texture-imitation decorative board and a preparation method thereof. The marble-texture-imitation decorative board is prepared from following raw materials, by weight, 30-80 parts of phosphogypsum, 15-60 parts of yellow phosphorus furnace slag and 0.1-10 parts of quick lime. The preparation method mainly includes following steps: mixing the yellow phosphorus furnace slag with a less amount of the phosphogypsum and performing a stir-reaction at a certain temperature and grinding a reaction product to obtain phosphorus slag powder; and mixing and aging the residual phosphogypsum and the phosphorus slag powder to obtain a mixture material; pouring the mixture material into a die to form a phosphogypsum base material; performing vapor maintenance to the formed phosphogypsum base material; spraying a marble-texture paint onto the phosphogypsum base material and drying the painted phosphogypsum base material. The preparation method is simple and convenient to operate. The produced marble-texture-imitation decorative board is light in weight, is good in water and fire resistance, is high in compressive strength and is strong in weather resistance. The decorative board can be widely used as an indoor/outdoor decorative material.
