The invention discloses a high-imitation natural marble texture ink permeation process. Patterns of natural marble are shot and printed into a drawing; the drawing is laid on a white marble slab subjected to surface treatment; a heat insulation cloth is laid; flattening treatment is carried out by utilizing a compression roller; continuous extruding and heating are carried out for 13 minutes at ahigh temperature of 180 DEG C by using an ink infiltrating machine; the obtained plate is taken out and undergoes ink surface cleaning treatment; and finally, the cooled artificial marble plate is conveyed into a polishing machine, polishing treatment is conducted through a polishing machine structure, and then a wax layer covers the artificial marble plate. The finally prepared high-imitation natural marble is good in texture, natural in ink permeation texture, clear in pattern, rich in color and high in product three-dimensional decoration, and the three-dimensional texture of imitation rawstone can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种高仿天然大理石纹理渗墨工艺，通过将天然大理石的花纹经过拍摄打印成图纸，铺设在经过表面处理的白色大理石板材，再铺设好隔热布，利用压辊展平处理，利用渗墨机在180℃的温度下持续高温挤压加热13分钟，然后取出经过油墨表面清楚处理，最后将冷却后的人造大理石板材送至抛光机中，利用抛光机结构进行抛光处理，然后覆盖蜡层，最后制得的高仿天然大理石不仅质感好，渗墨纹理自然，图案清晰，颜色丰富，产品立体装饰性强，能够实现仿真原石的立体纹理。
