The invention provides a rapid stereo interchange channel free of a traffic light for world urban transportation. The rapid stereo interchange channel is characterized in that a crossed short overpass bridge (6) is arranged at each intersection, wherein the clear height of the bottom of each crossed short overpass bridge (6) is 2.3m; a steering short overpass bridge (3) is 80-180m away from the center point of each intersection, wherein the clear height of the bottom of each steering short overpass bridge (3) is 2.3m; each steering short overpass bridge (3) is used symmetrically with a stereo steering channel; each steering short overpass bridge (3) and stereo cross channels (4) on two sides are combined into a whole; and the clear height of the bottom of each stereo cross channel (4) is 4.5m. The rapid stereo interchange channel free of the traffic light for world urban transportation is scientifically and normatively set according to the urban transportation; and motor vehicles, pedestrians and non-motor vehicles separately transit in respective roads, so that urban road transportation is unblocked; and the motor vehicles, the pedestrians and the non-motor vehicles in an urban area rapidly and safety transit on respective lanes.
