A bridge gap residue removal device with a water tank and an execution head jacket is used for removing residues in gasps (such as bridge expansion joints) of a bridge (9), and comprises a support plate (8), the support plate (8) is used for stretching across the gaps, and is in fixed connection with the lower end of a vertical bracket (81), the upper end of the vertical bracket (81) is in fixed connection with a drive motor (82), the drive motor (82) and a drive sleeve (820) are in power connection, and the outer surface of the drive sleeve (820) is in sliding connection with the upper part of an inner hole of a sliding sleeve (7) by bonding by a key.
