The invention provides a movable bridge seam residue clearing device with a replaceable executing head. The movable bridge seam residue clearing device is used for clearing residue in seams in a bridge (9) (such as expansion joints of the bridge), and comprises a support plate (8), wherein the support plate (8) is used for transversely spanning across the seam and is fixedly connected with the lower end of a vertical support frame (81), the upper end of the vertical support frame (81) is fixedly connected with a driving motor (82), the driving motor (82) is in power connection with a driving sleeve (820), and the outer surface of the driving sleeve (820) is glidingly connected with the upper part of an inner hole of a sliding sleeve (7) through key matching.
