Novel gate opening/ closing device of hydraulic model test and manufacturing method
The invention relates to a manufacturing technology of a flat inlet valve model for hydraulic test, and specifically relates to a novel gate opening/ closing device of hydraulic model test and a manufacturing method. The method mainly comprises the steps of (1) preparing raw materials; (2) drilling a hole in the center of a gate opening/ closing cross beam, and mounting a T-shaped flange; (3) fixedly connecting a nut head to the lower end of a fine lead screw, sleeving the fine lead screw with a gasket, and assembling for later use; (4) forming a small screw hole in the lower end of a lead screw; (5) forming a concave hole in the upper middle position of a gate board; (6) embedding the assembled fine lead screw, a gasket and the nut head into the concave hole, screwing the fine lead screw into the small screw hole in the lower end o the lead screw and tightening, and then clamping and fixing the front and back through two protecting plates. The method is simple to operate; the manufactured product of the novel gate opening/ closing device of hydraulic model test is convenient to mount and overhaul, flexible and accurate to open/ close and lift, and small in error range, facilitates the actual study experiment and also provides reliable technical support.
