The invention relates to a major diameter steel sleeve for cutting drilling construction. The major diameter steel sleeve for the cutting drilling construction comprises one or more middle section sleeves connected in turn and a bottom section sleeve; the wall of one side opening of the middle section sleeve is circumferentially opened with multiple locking ports along the opening edge; each locking port consists of a guide part and a locking part forming the break angle with the guide part; the wall of the other side opening of the middle section sleeve is provided with locking heads corresponding to the locking ports; the wall of one side opening of the bottom section sleeve is circumferentially opened with the locking ports the same as the middle section sleeve along the opening edge; the other side opening of the bottom section sleeve is provided with jagged cutting heads; the middle section sleeves are locked by the locking ports and the locking heads of the neighboring sleeve; and the locking ports of the bottom section sleeve are locked with the locking heads at the terminal end of multiple connected sleeves. The steel sleeve is capable of effectively reducing the damage to the underground soil body during the construction.
