The inspection well intensity is increased, the inspection well is resistant to impact, and the loading ability is reinforced; the ring stiffness is improved, after connecting with the pipeline, the intensity is larger, and the global stability is improved. The insulating performance is good, the use is safe and reliable, and the use life span is improved by 3 times. After improving the inspection well for communication and electric power, the flow speed rate of the raw material melt is increased, and the forming quality of the product is good.
