The invention relates to a sounding pipe device for a concrete pile or pile foundation and an installing method of the sounding pipe device. The sounding pipe device comprises sounding pipes arranged in the length direction of the concrete pile or pile foundation, sounding pipe extension sections, holders and sealing covers. The holders are fixedly arranged in the side wall of the concrete pile or pile foundation, and the holders are provided with through holes communicated with the outer side of the concrete pile or pile foundation. The lower ends of the sounding pipe extension sections are communicated with the upper ends of the sounding pipes, and the upper ends of the sounding pipe extension sections are communicated with the through holes in the holders. The sealing covers are installed outside the side wall of the concrete pile or pile foundation and used for sealing the through holes in the holders. The reserved sounding pipe device is suitable for construction detection of the concrete pile or pile foundation and later detection, and the reserved sounding pipe device can monitor and retest the integrity of a concrete pile or pile foundation structure after geological environment change and geological disasters exist to the concrete pile or pile foundation in future.
