The invention provides a bottom-communicated pile foundation sounding pipe structure and a construction method for preventing a sounding pipe from being blocked. The sounding pipe structure is composed of sounding pipes and a communicating pipe, wherein the communicating pipe is circular and is positioned at the bottom of a pile foundation, and the bottom end of each sounding pipe is communicatedwith the communicating pipe. By adopting the bottom-communicated pile foundation sounding pipe structure in pile foundation ultrasonic detection, water can be simultaneously injected into all the sounding pipes at a time, water injection in the sounding pipe lowering process is facilitated, whether water leakage occurs at the connecting positions of the sounding pipes or not can be detected, timely treatment can be performed, water pressure inside and outside the sounding pipes can be also balanced, mud permeation can be prevented, mud impurities entering the sounding pipes can be discharged through continuous water injection after the sounding pipes are lowered, and pipe blockage can be avoided. Furthermore, in the concrete pouring process, water in the sounding pipes is kept circulatingtill concrete is finally set, cement paste possibly permeating into the sounding pipes can be diluted and discharged, and pipe blockage can be prevented.
