The low-temperature high-turbidity water taking desilting anti-freeze system comprises a water inlet rectifier area, a water suction well and a pipeline system; the water inlet rectifier area is connected with a water taking body; the connecting position is provided with a partition gate; a partition wall is arranged in the water inlet rectifier area along each side of the direction of the water flow; the inner wall surface of each partition wall is provided with a concrete lobe which is used for preventing freezing of the water surface; a suction dredge is arranged in the water inlet rectifier area; the water suction well is connected with the water inlet rectifier area and comprises two side walls; the inner wall surface of each side wall is provided with a concrete lobe; the pipeline system is connected with the water suction well and used for conveying the water in the water suction well to a water treatment plant.
