The invention provides a water supplying and draining integrated module. The water supplying and draining integrated module comprises a module body and a pre-arranged pipeline, wherein the pre-arranged pipeline is fixed in the module body in a pre-arranged manner, and at least one anti-leak and anti-odor device is arranged on the pre-arranged pipeline. The at least one anti-leak and anti-odor device is arranged on the pre-arranged pipeline, so that accumulated water of the bottom of a toilet can be effectively drained; during the construction of a building, the water supplying and draining integrated module is mounted in a reserved hole (e.g. an equipment shaft hole) of each floor, and then, riser pipes are mounted between upper and lower floors, so that the work of mounting and connecting vertical pipelines in the building can be completed; compared with the traditional floor upper-and-lower-pipeline arrangement, the mounting speed is very high, the environmental pollution is little, the number of on-site assembled fittings is small, and the assembly workload is small.
