The invention discloses a nano porous silica aerogel heat insulation and preserving plate. The plate comprises infrared reflecting screens; a porous base material is arranged between the infrared reflecting screens; nano silica aerogel particles, nano pore silicon fibers and nano antimony oxides are uniformly distributed in the porous base material; according to the parts by weight, 30 to 70 parts of porous base material, 2 to 3 parts of nano silica aerogel particles, 10 to 20 parts of nano pore silicon fibers, and 5 to 30 parts of nano antimony oxides are provided, wherein the porous base material is expanded vermiculite; the particle size of the nano silica aerogel particles is less than 70 nanometers; the nano pore silicon fibers are 0.5 to 20.0 microns in diameter and more than 1.0mm in length; the particle size of the nano antimony oxides is 10 to 30 nanometers. According to the nano porous silica aerogel heat insulation and preserving plate, the heat preserving and insulation material is light in mass and high in strength, and the heat insulation and preserving effects can be improved.
