According to the invention, the finished product is light in weight and low in density, has the density of 180-250 kg/m<3>, is good in heat insulation effect and low in heat conductivity coefficient, has the heat conductivity coefficient of smaller than or equal to 0.02 W/(m<2>k), is good in waterproof effect, has the hydrophobicity of larger than or equal to 99.5% and the volume moisture absorption rate of smaller than or equal to 0.40%, is good in size stability, has the size stability of less than or equal to 0.1%, is good in high-temperature resistance, has the high-temperature resistance of more than 1000 DEG C, does not deform and powder after long-term use, has extremely long service life in a conventional use environment, is environment-friendly, does not release any gas and organic matters at a high temperature, and further has excellent sound insulation and shock absorption performance, wherein the overall heat insulation effect of the aerogel heat insulationplate is 3-4 times better than the overall heat insulation effect of the original heat insulation plate.
