The construction method comprises the steps that 1 a base seat is manufactured; 2 fire retardant coating is coated on the base seat; 3 maintenance is conducted on the fire retardant coating, and a precast block is acquired; 4 the precast block is paved on a steel structure, fire retardant coating is coated on the base seat and the precast block is acquired, and then precast block is paved on the steel structure, so that construction on the thick-type fire retardant coating is convenient; the processed precast block is matched with the steel structure directly, so that the construction procedure is simplified, and the working efficiency is improved greatly; meanwhile, maintenance time on the fire retardant coating is not needed after fitting between the precast block and the steel structure is completed, so that the construction period is shortened; the steel structure does not need to be coated with the fire retardant coating, so that raw material waste of fire retardant coating during the brushing process is avoided, and the cost is saved.
