Radiation-proof heat-insulation decorative integrated board
The invention discloses a radiation-proof heat-insulation decorative integrated board. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: at first, rolling a metal plate into required plate shape as the basic material, and selecting one or several of nanometer-level silver fiber, copper fiber or nickel fiber and placing to a container; mixing the metal fiber with a bonding agent in the ratio of 3: 1, and rapidly stirring by a high-speed stirring spraying device; stirring evenly within 10 seconds, and spraying mixture of the metal fiber and the bonding agent on the base material by a high-speed sprayer under the condition of temperature of 28-45 DEG C and pressure of 2-2.5 Mpa, wherein the spraying thickness is 0.02-0.08 mm; and then rapidly cooling within 30 seconds and forming a radiation-proof layer; and spraying foam polyurethane to the radiation-proof layer under the pressure of 2-2.5 Mpa; after solidifying, forming the radiation-proof heat-insulation decorative integrated board. The radiation-proof heat-insulation decorative integrated board has the functions of heat insulation and decoration; by spraying a metal isolating layer on the base material, the electromagnetic radiation can be effectively isolated, radiation accepting capacity of human body in a building is reduced; besides, the radiation-proof heat-insulation decorative integrated board is good for human body health.
