Heavy load resisting and acid-preventing terrace and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a heavy load resisting and acid-preventing terrace and a construction method thereof. The heavy load resisting and acid-preventing terrace and the construction method thereof are applicable to a lead-acid storage battery producing plant and especially to terraces at an acid filling zone, an activating zone, a paste mixing zone and other sections in the plant, and can meet the production load requirement while prevent the acid liquid from disorderly leaking. The heavy load resisting and acid-preventing terrace is orderly paved with a plain soil layer, a rubble layer, a cement stable gravel layer, a C20 concrete cushion layer, a C25 concrete cushion layer, a cement mortar layer, a resin glass steel layer, a water glass mortar combining layer and a granitic layer from bottom to top; the plain soil layer is located at the bottommost layer, and fixed with the rubble layer; the rubble layer is fixed with the cement stable gravel layer; the cement stable gravel layer is fixed with the C20 concrete cushion layer, and the C20 concrete cushion layer is fixed with the C25 concrete cushion layer, and the C25 concrete cushion layer is fixed with the cement mortar layer; the cement mortar layer is fixed with the resin glass steel layer, and the resin glass steel layer is fixed with the water glass mortar combining layer; the water glass mortar combining layer is fixed with the granitic layer; the granitic layer is located at the topmost part.
