The invention discloses a vinyl heavy-duty anti-corrosion floor and a floor construction method, the vinyl heavy-duty anti-corrosion floor comprises a vinyl ester resin finish paint layer, vinyl ester putty, an epoxy resin mortar fine sand layer, a glass fiber cloth layer, epoxy resin mortar medium sand and a vinyl heavy-duty anti-corrosion structural layer, the vinyl ester putty is arranged at the bottom of the vinyl ester resin finish paint layer; the epoxy resin mortar fine sand layer is arranged at the bottom end of the vinyl ester putty, the glass fiber cloth layer is arranged at the bottom end of the epoxy resin mortar fine sand layer, and epoxy resin mortar medium sand is arranged at the bottom end of the glass fiber cloth layer. The method comprises the following steps of: cleaning cement mortar and a concrete base layer to enhance the physical bonding force between the concrete base layer and a vinyl heavy anti-corrosion structure layer, sucking and removing scraps and dust by using a dust collector, and locally cleaning the cement mortar and the concrete base layer by using alkali and dipping acetone (two-step cleaning) if oil stains exist on the cement mortar and the concrete base layer so as to be convenient for painting a paint surface.
