The invention relates to track rack type dual-rail parking equipment. The track rack type dual-rail parking equipment comprises at least two parallel supporting guide rails on a horizontal plane, a car bedplate and a drive assembly for driving the car bedplate to move, rotate and lift, wherein the drive assembly is arranged on the supporting guide rails and moves along the support guide rails; the supporting guide rails comprise one toothed guide rail and one non-toothed guide rail; toothed groove is integrally formed in one side of the toothed guide rail along the axis direction; movable drive gears engaged with the toothed groove are arranged on the drive assembly; motions of the drive assembly and the car bedplate in the front-back direction along the supporting guide rails can be realized by controlling the rotation of the movable drive gears. The toothed groove in the toothed guide rail of the parking equipment is directly milled on the guide rail, thus cost is reduced greatly and assembling steps are reduced; moreover, the matching degree of the toothed groove and the movable drive gears is improved, unnecessary abrasion is reduced effectively and service life of products is improved.
