The invention provides an automatic control system of a stereo parking garage. The automatic control system comprises the parking garage, wherein the parking garage is of a cylinder structure and further comprises base plates sequentially fixed to the inner wall of the parking garage from top to bottom, the base plates are of circular ring structures, the outer diameter of the circular ring structures is equal to the diameter of the parking garage. The inner circles of the base plates sequentially arranged from top to bottom forma vertical channel. The automatic control system further comprises a winch arranged at the top of the vertical channel and a pull cage connected with the winch through a steel cable. The automatic control system further comprises parking checks evenly arranged on the base plates around the centers of the base plates and an automobile tire locking devices arranged in the parking checks. The stereo parking garage adopting the automatic control system enable vehicle owners to be capable of quickly park the vacant positions, parking spaces are greatly increased, and the problem of difficult parking is solved.
