The invention discloses a tooling ladder and relates to the field of ladders. The tooling ladder comprises a base, a pedal plate and a bracket component, wherein the pedal plate is parallel to the base; the bracket component comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod which are respectively hinged with the base; the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are arranged in parallel; the two ends of the pedal plate are respectively hinged with the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod; the base, the pedal plate, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod form a parallelogram mechanism by a hinge; the base comprises a fixed seat and a movable seat; the movable seat is partially arranged in the fixed seat; rollers are arranged at the bottom part of the movable seat; the movable seat is connected with the fixed seat by a positioning and guiding mechanism; and a locking mechanism is arranged between the movable seat and the fixed seat. The tooling ladder disclosed by the invention has the advantage that the problem that the original tooling ladder can not adapt to groove-shaped bulkheads with different slopes and is not safe is solved.
