Heat exchange device for realizing air purification and dust removal
The invention provides a circulation device for full gas-solid heat exchange of a dust-containing gas flow. The device comprises decomposition reaction equipment (1), first heat exchange equipment (2), second heat exchange equipment (3), third heat exchange equipment (4) and a reaction tank (5), wherein the gas flow flows between multiple pieces of heat exchange equipment. According to the circulation device, the retention time of a material in a pre-decomposition system is improved, so that the decomposition rate and the system reaction rate of the material are improved, the system fluid resistance is reduced, meanwhile the separated gas is purified, heavy metal is recovered and environmental pollution is facilitated.
