The invention discloses an intelligent dust removal device for realizing ultralow emission treatment, which comprises a pile body and a first spray head arranged on the pile body, the first spray head is used for spraying water mist to air, and the intelligent dust removal device further comprises a monitoring module used for monitoring air particulate matter parameters of a target area, the first spray head sprays water mist to fall dust based on a monitoring result of the monitoring module; and the second spray head sprays water flow to wash the road surface subjected to dust fall after the first spray head finishes working.
