Preparation of constructional concrete gelling material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a constructional concrete gelling material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing nanometer clay, borax, a water reducer and mixing water, putting the obtained solution in a cylinder container, carrying out ultrasonic crushing in an ultrasonic crusher until all components are completely dissolved in order to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture and high calcium fly ash into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring to obtain the constructional concrete gelling material. The gelling material comprises, by weight, 1000-4000 parts of high calcium fly ash, 100-1600 parts of mixing water, 10-30 parts of nanometer clay, 5-80 parts of borax and 10-80 parts of the water reducer, and the weight of calcium oxide in the high calcium fly ash is greater than 10% and smaller than 28%. The constructional concrete gelling material has the advantages of convenient production, strong operationality, scientific compatibility, high strength, and effective solving of the problems of environment pollution, ecology harm and resource waste of the fly ash.
