The invention relates to a microbial gelling repairing material, a microbial gelling self-repairing material and a preparation method and application thereof.The microbial gelling repairing material is obtained by conducting primary stirring and mixing on modified fibers loaded with microorganisms, part of gelling materials and part of water, then adding the remaining gelling materials, the remaining water and fine aggregate and conducting secondary stirring and mixing. Or the modified fiber loaded with microorganisms, part of the gelling material and part of the water are subjected to primary stirring and mixing, then the remaining gelling material, the remaining water, the fine aggregate and the coarse aggregate are added, secondary stirring and mixing are conducted, the microorganism gelling self-repairing material is obtained, and the microorganisms are selected from any one of sporosarcina pasteurii or bacillus sphaericus; the modified fibers in the modified fibers loaded with the microorganisms are obtained through alkali treatment and electrophoretic deposition method treatment. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and easy to implement, and the product has relatively high compressive strength, crack self-repairing capability and impermeability.
