The invention provides an intra-tunnel elastic support block type ballastless track dual-line construction process which comprises the process flow as follows: preparation of construction; installation of ballast bed bottom plate steel bars; track panel assembling; track panel paving; installation of upper-layer steel bars; coarse adjustment; steel bar insulation test; template installation; fine adjustment; concrete pouring; concrete-face closure; track panel rack disassembly and accessory clearing; ballast bed concrete curing. Polyethylene foam sheets or foam plastic sheets are adopted for settlement joints, and the surface is sealed by use of bituminous cement. The ballast bed concrete curing period is not less than 14 days. According to the intra-tunnel elastic support block type ballastless track dual-line construction process, the purposes of optimizing resource allocation and quickening the construction progress are achieved; the ballastless track construction quality and progress are ensured, and procedural and normalized operation and management are convenient.
