Large-adjustment supporting block type ballastless track
A large-adjustment-amount supporting block type ballastless track aims at achieving the large vertical adjustment amount of a track structure, has the adjustable capacity of precise positioning and later maintenance, and can better adapt to deformation of an offline foundation. Comprising a track plate fixedly arranged on an under-plate structure, two rows of supporting blocks are transversely arranged on the track plate at intervals, positioning grooves sinking from the plate surface are formed in the positions, at the supporting blocks, of the track plate, and the outer sides of the positioning grooves in the two sides penetrate through the transverse side wall of the same side of the track plate. The supporting block is an independent prefabricated part, and the lower part of a main body of the supporting block is nested in a positioning groove in the track plate; the supporting blocks are detachably installed on the track plate through vertical connecting components, and the supporting blocks on the two sides and the track plate are detachably connected into a whole through transverse connecting components.
一种大调整量支承块式无砟轨道,以实现轨道结构的垂向大调整量,且具有精准定位和后期维护的可调整能力,能更好地适应线下基础的变形。包括固定设置在板下结构之上的轨道板,轨道板上横向间隔设置有两列支承块,所述轨道板在支承块位置处设置由板面下沉的定位凹槽,两侧定位凹槽的外侧贯穿轨道板同侧横向侧壁。所述支承块为独立的预制构件,其主体的下部嵌套在轨道板上定位凹槽内;所述支承块由竖向连接构件可拆卸安装在轨道板上,横向连接构件将两侧支承块和轨道板可拆卸连接为一体。
