The invention discloses an urban three-dimensional barrier-free road transportation method and system. The urban three-dimensional barrier-free road transportation method is characterized by comprising the steps of connecting the same-layer spiral lines of a plurality of three-dimensional spiral lines by using connecting line segments to form a plurality of layers of planar and vertical integrated transportation tracks composed of various planar loop lines and three-dimensional spiral lines; and enabling transportation vehicles to run on the planar and vertical integrated transportation tracks to form the urban three-dimensional barrier-free road transportation system, so that the aim of high-speed, high-efficient, safe and three-dimensional transportation is achieved.
