The invention provides an urban road barrier-free base layer rolling construction method, and relates to the field of base layer construction. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a roadbed is excavated; s2, lime-fly ash gravel is adopted for laying a lower bearing layer; s3, calculating the actually required paving and compacting height of the base layer and the paving and compacting height required by layering each time; s4, prefabricating a single bottom cylinder and a stacking cylinder with the number equal to the layering number; s5, placing the bottom cylinder on the lower bearing layer; s6, the opening of the bottom cylinder is blocked through a sealing cover assembly; s7, conveying the cement concrete, and paving and compacting the cement concrete; s8, the sealing cover assembly is taken down from the bottom cylinder, the stacking cylinder is placed on the bottom cylinder, and then the sealing cover assembly is used for blocking the stacking cylinder; s9, repeating the step S7; s10, if the height requirement of the base layer is met, construction is completed; and if the requirement is not met, the stacking barrel continues to be placed, the stacking barrel is blocked through the sealing cover assembly, and the step S9 is repeated till construction is completed. The construction method has the effect of barrier-free construction of the base layer.
