Implementation method of gear mixing pile drilling machine
The invention discloses an implementation method of a gear mixing pile drilling machine. When the gear mixing pile drilling machine works, a first drill rod, a second drill rod, a third drill rod, a fourth drill rod and a fifth drill rod drive mixing heads at the lower ends to rotate respectively; meanwhile, high-pressure water enters the upper ends of the five drill rods respectively; the high-pressure water is sprayed out through a water spraying head at the lower part of the mixing head at the lower end of each drill rod; the mixing heads mix soil with water to form slurry in a rotation process; the third drill rod drives a gear to rotate in the rotation process; when the gear is rotated to a first gear rack in the rotation process, the position, which is provided with teeth, of the gear is meshed with the first gear rack, so as to drive the first gear rack and two side rods to move towards one direction; when the gear is rotated to a second gear rack in the rotation process, the position, which is provided with the teeth, of the gear is meshed with the second gear rack, so as to drive the second gear rack and the two side rods to move towards another direction; when the side rods are moved, a first shaft sleeve and a second shaft sleeve slide on a sliding shaft; in this way, the first side rod, the second side rod and a plurality of mixing bars cut and mix the soil which is not cut on the mixing heads between the two side rods to form the slurry in a movement process; the slurry flows from the inside of a hole to the outside of the hole to form the hole.
