The invention provides a base pile pulling-resistant test device, which comprises a pulling-resistant pile, a cross beam and a jack, and also comprises a holding hoop and a support frame, wherein the holding hoop is arranged on the outer surface of a pulling-resistant pile and is fixedly connected with the pulling-resistant pile; the support frame comprises a first support plate and a connecting rod; the upper end of the connecting rod is fixedly arranged on the first support plate; the lower end of the connecting rod is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the holding hoop; a cylinder body of the jack is fixedly arranged on the cross beam; the free end of the jack is upwards jacked on the lower surface of the first support plate. The base pile pulling-resistant test device has the advantages that the first support plate is jacked out in the ascending process of the free end of the jack, and the pulling-resistant pile can then be pulled out, so the whole pulling-resistant test is completed; the use of concrete and steel bars is avoided in the whole process, the test process is simplified, and the cost is reduced; in addition, the first support plate is adopted for bearing the force exerted by the jack, the pulling-resistant bearing force of the whole device is increased, in addition, the structure is simple, and the operation is fast and convenient.
