The invention relates to an X-shaped intersecting material connecting node structure of a steel pipe. The X-shaped intersecting material connecting node structure comprises two circular plate parts which are in parallel in a horizontal surface, wherein two rectangular plate parts, which are in parallel and perpendicular to the circular plate plates, are fixed in the central parts of the outer surfaces of an upper circular plate part and a lower circular plate part; grooves with the same spacing as the parallel rectangular plate parts are formed in the positions of the parallel rectangular plate parts on the two circular plate parts; cylinders, passing through the two circular plate parts, are fixed in the centers of the two parallel circular plate parts; a horizontal inserting plate is fixed at each of two sides of the rectangular plate parts between the two parallel circular plate parts; the horizontal inserting plates on the two sides are over against each other; a vertical inserting plate, perpendicular to the corresponding horizontal inserting plate, is fixed between the parallel rectangular plate parts on two sides; the vertical inserting plates on the two sides are over against each other. The shortcomings of complicated structure of node plates, non-universal connecting joints, high construction difficulty and the like existing in the conventional technology are overcome; the degree of standardization of the node plate manufacturing is improved; the mass production of the nodes can be performed easily, so that the labor efficiency is improved.
