The invention discloses a positioner for a rainwater pipe. The positioner comprises a U-shaped clamping groove and a U-shaped clamping cover, wherein a sawtooth-shaped clamping groove is formed in the left end of the U-shaped clamping groove; a first sawtooth-shaped insert is arranged at the left end of the U-shaped clamping cover; a second sawtooth-shaped insert is arranged on the left side of the upper part of the right end of the U-shaped clamping groove; a wavy clamping plate is arranged on the right side of the upper part of the right end of the U-shaped clamping groove; a wavy insert is arranged at the right end of the U-shaped clamping cover; a cavity sawtooth-shaped clamping groove is formed in the wavy insert; the left and right ends of each of the U-shaped clamping groove and the U-shaped clamping cover can be engaged together by using the sawtooth-shaped inserts and the sawtooth-shaped clamping grooves to form a continuous fixed ring; bolt holes are formed in a cover plate at the lower end of the U-shaped clamping cover; the cover plate is fixed on a wall body by using bolts. The positioner disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, simple principle, convenience for use and low consumption of materials for manufacturing.
