The invention relates to a large-tonnage prestressed tension construction adjusting device, which comprises bridge support legs, a plane plate and an upper flat plate, wherein the plane plate is fixedly arranged on the support legs, a plurality of adjusting screw rods are arranged on the plane plate, and are connected with conical nuts by threads, the upper flat plate is arranged above the plane plate, second conical grooves are formed in the upper flat plate, first conical grooves are formed in the plane plate, and the conical nuts are fixedly arranged in the first conical grooves and the second conical grooves. The large-tonnage prestressed tension construction adjusting device has the advantages that by arranging a tension device for adjusting the levelness on an anchor cushion plate, and arranging a jack on the device, when the anchor cushion plate is inclined, the four adjusting screw rods are rotated, the conical nuts on the adjusting screw rods are driven to move in the conical grooves, and then the levelness of the upper flat plate on different positions can be adjusted, so the construction efficiency is improved; the cracking of a box girder web plate because of the tension strength failing to meet the design requirement under the condition of inclining of the anchor cushion plate is avoided.
