Adjusting device and adjusting method for tension of prestressed pull rod
The invention discloses an adjusting device and an adjusting method for the tension of a prestressed pull rod. The adjusting device comprises a balance beam, a connecting block, a jack and a first connecting structure, wherein the first connecting structure is used for connecting the free end of the pull rod with the first end of the connecting block; the second end of the connecting block is connected with the balance beam; and the jack is arranged on the balance beam. The adjusting device for the tension of the prestressed pull rod uses the jack to increase the distance between the balance beam and a pull rod seat and at the same time the pull rod is elongated, and the length of the pull rod is locked when the tension stress of the pull rod reaches a set value. The pull rod does not generate additional torque in the elongation process, and the operation of workers is simple. The adjusting device is simple in structure and easy to disassemble and assemble.
本发明公开一种预应力拉杆拉伸的调节装置及调节方法,包括平衡梁和连接块和千斤顶,以及用于连接拉杆的自由端与连接块的第一端的第一连接结构;连接块的第二端与平衡梁连接;千斤顶设于平衡梁上。本发明的预应力拉杆拉伸的调节装置使用千斤顶增大平衡梁与拉杆座之间的距离,同时使得拉杆伸长,当拉杆的拉应力达到设定值,再锁定拉杆的长度。拉杆在伸长的过程中不会产生附加扭矩,工人操作简单。本调节装置结构简单、易拆装。
