The reinforced concrete-round pipe house (100) comprises one or more reinforced concrete round pipes (110), soil material (130) and wall bodies (120); the reinforced concrete round pipes (110) are arranged on a ground (150), so that the axes of the reinforced concrete round pipes (110) are nearly parallel to the ground (150); the soil material (130) is piled for a predetermined distance upon the reinforced concrete round pipes (110), wherein piling ensures that at least part of the orifices of the reinforced concrete round pipes (110) are exposed; the wall bodies (120) are arranged around the soil material (130) n a fixing manner.
